Snooth Wine Pro App Reviews

I really enjoyed this app before the recent OS upgrade, but now it wont take photos correctly (on my 4S) and crashes. I wrote to customer support, but havent heard back yet.

I bought the app hoping to scan wines and get info. App crashes when you scan, so no good.

This app looked promising based on the claims and online article I read. Once installed, I got past the poor UI to find the app really doesnt work at all. Im dissapointed I wasted my money and got duped for $4.99. Save your money and put it towards your next bottle of wine.

Hangs on every attempt to Scan. No response from HELP. Nothing on www showing any fixes. So until I get some help, Im lookng for a refund. Merry Christmas!

I took a picture of a wine label. The app locked up. I tried removing and reinstalling the app. It does not work for. I wasted five bucks.

The photo recognition feature does not work either when taking a new photo or when choosing a photo from the library. The support email address also does not work to request a refund. Im reporting to Apple. Do not buy.

This app is severely crippled on iOS 7

This app hasnt scanned in any notes or loaded up photos since the iOS update. Will be rating 1 star until fixed

DO NOT BUY THIS APP It crashes freezes and has no label look up any more, which was the feature I bought the app for. 2 years ago, this app had potential. With a bigger better database and some refining of tineye image search, I was thinking SNOOTH would have been great. Sadly, this app is just useless, hopeless and a complete RIP OFF. There appears to be NO LABEL RECOGNITION at all, nor does the iPhone support email link work- "No user known". Hello. hello? HELLO?? I am going to ask APPLE to give me my money back.

I bought this app a month or so ago. It has never worked, the scan feature is a joke. When you bring it up you get a line of instruction telling you to center the wine label and hit the button on the screen. The button is under the instructions so there is no way to get to it. To top it off, you can’t get out of the screen so it locks the app. I have emailed the company asking for help or a refund, no response in 3+ weeks.

Only reason for purchase was to scan labels but it freezes anytime I use that feature. Game over

Should be removed from AppStore. Features do not function at all, let alone as advertised.

WHY didnt I listen to the other reviews?!?! MY bad. Simply does not work. Hasnt for quite sometime, Snooth hasnt figured it out yet and STILL offers it for a price?!?! AVOID.

Very unstable app. Lots of potential. Not currently worth the price, or the room on your iPhone.

This app is for buying wine, not for information about varietals, regions, etc. Not what the description says.
