I want my $$$$ back!

DO NOT BUY THIS APP
It crashes freezes and has no label look up any more, which was the feature I bought the app for.
2 years ago, this app had potential. With a bigger better database and some refining of tineye image search, I was thinking SNOOTH would have been great.
Sadly, this app is just useless, hopeless and a complete RIP OFF.
There appears to be NO LABEL RECOGNITION at all, nor does the iPhone support email link work- "No user known".
